Connection block for REHAU heating appliances with RAUTITAN stabil universal pipe 16.2 x 2.6 mm.

Application:

• For heating systems using RAUTITAN stabil and RAUTITAN flex pipes
• For connecting flush-mounted and floor-mounted valve radiators

Properties:

• Supply and return pipes with a fixed 50 mm center distance at the radiator connection point
• Variable and adjustable radiator connection height by manually bending the RAUTITAN stabil pipes
• Open connection pipes sealed with plastic plugs to prevent dirt from entering during casing assembly
• Suitable for heating systems using RAUTITAN stabil pipes for connecting wall-mounted valve radiators

Components:

• RAUTITAN stabil 16.2 x 2.6 mm pre-bent pipe, pre-insulated with a rigid PU foam block and fixing tape on both ends

Material:

• Connection block material: halogen-free polyurethane foam, non-hardening, partially enclosed surface
• Tape fixing: galvanized steel sheet

* The RAUTITAN stabilizing bridge is used solely for pressure and system functional testing. For permanent operation, the bridge must be cut and connected to the heating appliance's ball valve block or a vented installation template.

The bridge must be cut outside the bend radius to prevent the sealing portion of the threaded connection from contacting the curved section of the pipe. Therefore, the maximum possible length of the connecting pipe is 140 mm.
