RAUTITAN is the universal system solution for drinking water and heating.

Whether it’s new construction, renovation, a detached house or a commercial complex, you’re perfectly prepared for almost every contingency with the universal RAUTITAN system. This is ensured by the flexible 16 to 40 mm RAUTITAN flex pipes, the rigid 16 to 63 mm RAUTITAN stabil pipes, matching fittings and compression sleeves, and the sophisticated RAUTOOL tool range.

The added value of RAUTITAN:

On the safe side. Always. Reliability without compromises. Compared with other drinking water systems, its pipes, fittings and compression sleeves, RAUTITAN creates a permanently sealed joint without O-rings. The pipe itself is the sealing compound, and the installation is immediately able to handle pressure loads.
Certainty at first glance. Even before pressure testing, a simple visual check is enough to be certain: if the compression sleeve is pressed right up to the fitting collar, the connection is finished. Time-consuming manual markings for testing, like those needed for many press fittings, simply aren’t required.
A future-proof service. RAUTITAN universal pipes with cross-linked polyethylene inliners are especially robust, making them perfectly armed for rough, everyday construction site work. This is ensured by additional comprehensive quality-assurance measures and tests during the production process as well as regular testing by independent testing institutes.
RAUTITAN has the hang of it In comparison to conventional multi-layer composite pipes, RAUTITAN impresses with a considerably reduced risk of kinking, especially in small dimensional ranges. Flexibility is still retained, though, so it can very simply be bent around your thumb even at low temperatures and without any additional tools.

Strong performance. Pipe installations have to be designed to be as demand-oriented and efficient as possible. This is why increasingly smaller pipe diameters are being used, as these require less pipeline content and shorter output times. However, this often comes with the risk of greater pressure loss. This is something that can be avoided with the flow optimised RAUTITAN system solution.

Constrictions are minimised by the expansion technology. Perfection in soundproofed evacuation inside buildings.

Complete and universal. The program of pipes, fittings, and accessories guarantees universal use, covering everything from single-family homes to large buildings. All sizes, from DN 32 to DN 200, are compatible with other high-temperature and conventional sanitation pipe systems.

Patented impact sound insulation. Thanks to the highly sound-absorbing double clamp, consisting of a support clamp and a fixing clamp, the transmission of impact noise to the installation wall is significantly reduced. The uniform and defined tightening torque, provided by the clamping bracket and the spacer, is decisive. The special geometry of the rubber insert ensures a uniform separation of the pipe from the clamp around the perimeter.

Tough and cold-resistant. Outstanding cold impact resistance guarantees maximum suitability for on-site processing-even at low temperatures. Their break resistance is certified down to -10°C.

Robust, safe, and chemically resistant. Their high annular rigidity makes these pipes resistant to transport, storage, and installation. This facilitates assembly and prevents deformation of pipes installed horizontally. Thanks to their extreme rigidity, they can also be installed underground without any problems. The material used is distinguished by its high chemical resistance within a pH range of 2 to 12.

Solid and functional. The pipes' extremely smooth and abrasion-resistant inner wall prevents deposits and scaling; a special coating increases their flowability. The UV-resistant outer layer of the pipe system impresses with its impact and weather resistance.

Stable under pressures up to 2 bar. The safety clamp increases the reliability of the socket-and-cup joint against tearing. It secures the interior downpipes of pressurized rainwater systems and allows the connection of pumping equipment.

Premium soundproofing confirmed by the Fraunhofer Institute.

Quieter than the ticking of a wristwatch: at just 17 dB(A)*, RAUPIANO PLUS falls significantly below the legislative requirement for soundproofing in sanitary installations. It even far exceeds the stricter German regulation VDI 4100. * Measurement of noise in wastewater disposal systems inside buildings using a standardized test bench. Measured on the ground floor, behind the installation wall, for a discharge flow rate of 4 l/s.

Test passed. Meeting the soundproofing requirements for the entire system is a particularly demanding task. In the acoustic measurements carried out at the Fraunhofer Institute, in addition to the wastewater disposal system with RAUPIANO PLUS, the drinking water system with RAUTITAN and the sanitary fixtures, including the water flushing systems, were also considered. Result: the standard is effortlessly met. RAUPIANO PLUS and RAUTITAN provide verified soundproofing at system level that meets the highest demands.

For whisper-quiet evacuation inside buildings.

Multi-layer technology significantly reduces noise levels. The highly rigid middle layer of RAUPIANO PLUS pipes with sound-absorbing fillers increases mass (pipe density: 1.9 g/cm3) and thus significantly reduces noise levels. All components - pipes, fittings, and fastening components - contribute to RAUPIANO PLUS's quiet operation.

Mass optimization at the changes in direction absorbs impact noise. RAUPIANO PLUS bends feature a thickened wall at the change in direction, the acoustically critical area, which significantly reduces airborne noise transmission. Furthermore, the hydraulically optimized inner contours of the branches minimize creep noise.

The patented clamping system decouples impact noise. The fixing system is particularly important because it forms the connecting link to the installation wall. Thanks to the use of the highly sound-absorbing REHAU clamp fixing system, consisting of a support clamp and a fixing clamp, the transmission of impact noise to the installation wall is minimized.

Fire protection: simple, fast, and compliant with regulations.

Even if the project needs to be completed quickly, mistakes must not be made with fire protection measures. For this reason, all REHAU fire protection solutions are designed to enable easy planning, simple assembly, and a trouble-free acceptance of the project.

REHAU fire protection solutions. In the event of a fire, fire, smoke, and gases must not spread to other parts of the affected building for a defined resistance period. Therefore, the pipe grommets and bushings in the installations must also incorporate appropriate protection measures. At temperatures of 160°C or higher, the special material expands to 18 times its original volume and completely seals the pipes from fire, smoke, and gases. This reliably prevents their spread to neighboring rooms.

No compromises with the RAUPIANO PLUS system components.

Flush mounting. The firestop tape (DN 40 to 90) is designed for flush mounting in the ceiling, saving space.
Only 30 mm thick. Whether mounted under a ceiling or on a wall, the compact firestop collar (DN 50 to 125) impresses with its particularly low overlap height. The larger firestop collar plus (DN 40 to 200) is also suitable for mounting inside ceilings and walls.
A creative idea for corners. The angled bulkhead collar (DN 75 to 125) is suitable for particularly narrow spaces and pipes that extend at an angle. It is mounted under the ceiling.
All REHAU fire protection solutions are approved as building materials and meet a minimum fire resistance time of 90 minutes.
One-person installation. Intumescent tape is an ingenious solution that only requires one person to install - no drilling or doweling required. Cut, stick, done.
100% thermal insulation. Without neglecting thermal insulation, REHAU fire protection solutions can even be used on thermally insulated floor slabs, such as underground car parks.

Rapid self-adhesive systems ideal for renovations.

RAUTHERM SPEED plus renova. The perforated membrane provides a direct connection between the leveling screed and the floor, allowing for a minimum overall installation height.

Advantages:

Total system thickness (without coating) 22 mm.
Quick installation thanks to the adhesive backing.
No risk of gaps or overlapping.
Depending on the leveling screed, it can be walked on after 90 minutes.
Up to 90% smaller footprint for transport and storage.

RAUTHERM SPEED plus 2.0. Simply unroll it over the previously installed insulation and adhere it to the substrate in a single step thanks to the self-adhesive backing, after which everything is ready for pipe installation.

Total system thickness (uncoated) 33 mm.
The sheet is easy to work with without overlaps.
Up to 90% smaller volume for transport and storage.
Can be used over various insulation and flooring.
Depending on the leveling screed, it can be walked on after 90 minutes.

Rapid self-fixing systems with insulation.

RAUTHERM SPEED with insulation. The RAUTHERM SPEED panel is a polystyrene panel coated with a rapid-fixing layer, allowing pipes to be installed without tools. The optimal thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics of the insulation layer are preserved, as it cannot be penetrated for additional fixings.

No drilling into the insulation layer.
Guaranteed acoustic insulation.
Guide grid to facilitate installation work.
Available in different insulation thicknesses.
Upon request, it can also be supplied with a proportion of graphite in the insulation to improve thermal resistance.

RAUTHERM SPEED with graphite. Combined thermal and acoustic insulation for radiant heating and cooling applications, made of expanded polystyrene with graphite. Covered with a layer of patterned mesh fabric, which simplifies and makes the installation of RAUTHERM SPEED K pipes safer and acts as protection against moisture and water infiltration into the screed. It is suitable for conventional and self-leveling mortar.

Nopas panel systems.

Fast and safe, for high-quality residential and non-residential construction. REHAU Nopas panels can be used with both RAUTHERM S and RAUTHERM SPEED pipes for radiant heating and cooling systems. The newly designed material structure of the pipes features a new surface with improved sliding properties for greater ease of insertion. The extremely robust and impact-resistant PE-Xa layer structure also stands out for its pressure resistance and tightness against oxygen diffusion (according to EN ISO 15875 and DIN 4726).

Range of PE-Xa pipes for air conditioning.

RAUTHERM SPEED K pipe. In the RAUTHERM SPEED K pipe version, thanks to the optimized arrangement of the quick-locking tape, an up to 6% larger adhesive surface is achieved.
