Pipe support channel [25mm] 3m (11380531001) 30m

The fixing channel covers approximately 60% of the pipe and, thanks to its shape, requires no additional clamping. Its firm grip and friction prevent deflection and reduce thermal expansion.

Pipe fixing:

• The fixing channel must be installed along the entire length of the pipe, 2 mm below the slip sleeve, as this is the only way to reduce thermal expansion

Distance between clamps:

• The maximum distance between clamps when using a fixing channel is 2 m for any pipe diameter. The distance from the end of the pipe or the point where the pipe changes direction to the first clamp must not exceed 0.5 m

Installation on fittings:

• Brass compression sleeve fittings with diameters of 50 and 63 mm can be housed in a clamping channel if the channel extends at least 0.5 m beyond the fitting. This installation option does not require cutting the clamping channel before the fitting
• It is not possible to install a clamping channel on RAUTITAN PX compression sleeves
